W.S. Coachworks Ltd is a commercial vehicle repairer based in Hatfield. Our team repairs vehicles manufactured by DAF, IVECO, Scania, Mercedes-Benz and Volvo, as well as buses, minibuses, box vans, panel vans, refuse vehicles and rigid or curtain-sided trucks.
We specialise in refrigerated, GRP and aluminium-sided vehicles. We have three 60-foot heated spray bays and use heated two-pack and water-based paints. Our estimating system lets us share images with insurers and fleets to help reduce delays.
We are approved by Aviva Insurance and work with non-fault accident specialists. Where appropriate, we can deal directly with the third-party insurer and arrange a replacement vehicle.

Oven and paint shop
Our custom-built spray booth and slow-bake oven can accommodate even the largest commercial vehicles. The three-bay booth has full extraction and a hot-bake facility.
Our spray technicians refinish vehicles using two-pack, metallic and water-based paints, with in-house mixing and manufacturer support for larger fleet jobs.
